Creators and businesses both join for free. Businesses set the reward for each Ember, and Ember adds a flat 20% platform fee on top. That's the whole pricing model.

Pricing questions

What does the 20% platform fee cover?

Matching your Ember with local creators, the brief and deliverable workflow, deadline tracking, review and revisions, secure payment handling, usage-rights records, and your content library.

Do creators pay anything?

No. Creator accounts are free and creators receive the full reward shown on the Ember. The 20% fee is charged to the business on top of that reward.

When am I charged?

You fund an Ember when it's posted and the creator is paid after you approve their submission. If nobody claims an Ember before it expires, you're not charged for it.

Is there a minimum?

Yes — the minimum creator reward is $75 per Ember so creators are paid fairly for showing up. There is no maximum; higher rewards attract faster claims.

Are there contracts or subscriptions?

None. Post one Ember or set up a recurring schedule — you can pause or stop any time, and set a budget cap on recurring Embers.
